Get started

A few free sign-ups, then you're in the cockpit.

Paracoding runs entirely in your accounts โ€” your Google Cloud, your model key. That's what keeps your fleet yours. Here's the short list of what to set up first. Most of it is free, and the fiddly parts we automate for you in the setup guide.

๐Ÿ’ธ Start for about $0 โ€” GCP's free trial covers the cloud; a $20 Claude plan runs the agents.
The checklist

What you'll need

Four things. Two quick sign-ups, one card-on-file for the free trial, and your model key.

A Google account

A regular Gmail / Google account. "Sign in with Google" is how you log into your fleet, and it's the identity your approvals run as. If you have Gmail, you're already done.

Google Cloud with billing enabled

Your fleet deploys into your own Google Cloud project. New accounts get $300 in free trial credits โ€” you add a card to unlock the trial, but Google won't charge you unless you choose to upgrade. This is the single most important step: it's what makes the fleet yours.

You do this

A Claude account (at least the $20 plan)

The agents think with a large language model. You bring your own โ€” a Claude plan starting around $20/month, or Anthropic API credits. You keep the model relationship and the spend; Paracoding just orchestrates.

Your model API keys

Your Anthropic (Claude) key you copy once from your Anthropic console โ€” different vendor, their login, so that one's on you. Your Gemini key we handle for you: since you're already signed in to Google with billing on, the setup guide enables the Vertex AI / Generative Language API and mints the key during install.

So โ€” what do I actually have to do?

You handle the sign-ups. The installer handles the plumbing.

You asked whether the Gemini key can be automated. It can โ€” here's the honest split.

๐Ÿ– You do this (once, up front)

  • Create / sign in with your Google account
  • Turn on Google Cloud billing (unlock the $300 trial)
  • Get a Claude plan or Anthropic API credits
  • Paste your Anthropic API key into setup, once
  • Set up your passkey (Face ID) on the gate

โš™๏ธ The installer does this for you

  • Enables the required Google Cloud APIs
  • Creates your Gemini / Vertex AI key
  • Deploys the MCP control plane to your project
  • Stands up the example fleet + data lake
  • Wires the gate, the cockpit, and least-privilege roles

Rule of thumb: if it's a new account at another company, that's you. If it's a resource inside your own Google Cloud, the installer does it โ€” behind your passkey.

The big picture

Three moves from here to your own Advisor

Move 1
Sign up
Google + billing, a Claude plan, your Anthropic key. That's the whole manual list above.
Move 2
Run the setup guide
One guided flow deploys the fleet into your project and mints the rest of the keys for you.
Move 3
Open the cockpit
Set your passkey, open the cockpit, and say hi to your Advisor. You're flying.

Once you're in

Ask any agent for help โ€” it teaches you as you go.

With the agent pack, you can drop into Publisher, Infra, or Ads and just ask. They do the work behind your gate and show you how to do the same things yourself.

Third-party sign-up costs, free-trial terms, and credit amounts are set by Google and Anthropic and may change โ€” check their current terms. Google Cloud's free trial requires a payment method to verify your account; you control whether you ever upgrade to paid billing. Keep budget alerts and quotas enabled on your project. Paracoding never sees your card; the fleet runs on your own credentials in your own project.
